i've a small lump on my left breast 4 months after weaning.doc.told nt 2 worry n 2 put hot bag n express milk?
got relief after tat.bt still milk in both breasts.hw 2 gt rid of lumb n milk.is it abnormall 2 have so.i'm worried pls help.
Sounds like you could have a clogged milk duct. Most of the time they resolve in their own time. But ones that linger and get sore can become infected and need an antibiotics. I would seek a second opinion.
